Sébastien Guillot : Member of the Executive Board of Chemoform AG

The Supervisory Board of Chemoform AG has appointed Sébastien Guillot to the Executive Board of Chemoform AG, effective July 1, 2026.

His appointment reflects Chemoform AG’s commitment to strengthening its company executive leadership and accelerating the transformation of CF Group into Europe’s leading integrated platform for pool and water technologies. In this role, his focus is on the strategic development of the Group. Together with CEO Cedrik Mayer-Klenk, he forms a complementary leadership team with a clear division of responsibilities and a shared management approach. This “common mindset” ensures that Chemoform AG remains stably managed, strategically developed, and sustainably aligned even in a challenging market environment.

Sébastien Guillot is an experienced international manager with over 20 years of expertise in the industrial and manufacturing sectors, particularly in the pool and water technology industry. Since 2020, he has served as CEO of CF Group France. He oversees a business with approximately 140 million euros in revenue and several production and sales locations across Europe.

Previously, as CEO, he successfully led the Aqualux Group through a comprehensive restructuring and integrated the company into the Chemoform Group. He began his professional career at PSA Peugeot Citroën and Rolex, where he specialized in industrial performance, cost optimization, and strategic production management.

In addition to his operational responsibilities, Sébastien Guillot participated in the Euronext/INSEAD “IPO Ready” program and the Bpifrance/ESCP ETI Accelerator, and is a long-standing member of the APM (Association Progrès du Management), an international network dedicated to leadership development and peer learning. He has served as a lecturer at renowned universities such as HEC Paris and the École Centrale. He holds an Engineering Degree and a Master’s Degree in Economics and Management from École Polytechnique, specialising in Innovation, Strategy and Project Management.
